Helen and Charlie

This was a very special wedding for me. I've known Helen for around 6 years, we have a very special friend in common. The first time I met Charlie was in his flat, hungover from leaving drinks (at a job several jobs ago!). This meant I was able to join the party in the evening, so the day was double the fun for me!

The ceremony and party were held at The Barn at Bury Court in Surrey. This summer has been extremely wet and it had been raining for weeks before the big day, but the weather held out for the lovely couple.

The bouquets were made with wild flowers including thistles.. So when I found some thistles in the barn gardens I saw it as fate :D

My favourite cake so far: cheese, cheese and more cheese!

Helen and Charlie made me feel so welcome (including a little appearance by my uber-sparkly shoes!)

And I got my time in the photobooth with the most gorgeous bridesmaid <3
